The Request for Proposals special meeting of The Board of Supervisors of the Moody River Estates Community Development District was held at the District Manager’s offices, Premier District Management, 3820 Colonial Blvd, Suite 101, Fort Myers, FL, 33966, and also via web conference on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 12:00 p.m.

The following is a summary of the opening of the Lake Bank Restoration Request For Proposals

FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS Call to Order and Roll Call

The meeting was called to order at 12:00pm by DM Rainwater. Online were Supervisors Geltner and Van Horn. The representative from Landshore Enterprises was also present.

SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS District Manager Items

A. Announce and Open Submitted Proposals, Company Name, and Price

DM Rainwater opened the proposals in the order in which they were received.

Talon Construction’s bid was received on January 7, 2026 at 1:24pm. The bid is for $126,741.60.

Landshore Enterprises’ bid was received on January 9, 2026 at 9:51 am. The bid is for $225,645.36.

DM Rainwater checked again for any additional bids. She informed all that the bid packages would be sent to the Board as quickly as possible after the close of the meeting. Any additional bids received after 12:00pm will not be included in this process. DM Rainwater also invited all parties who have bid to attend in person or remotely the next meeting to be held on January 15th in the event the Board has any questions.

THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS Adjournment

DM Rainwater adjourned the meeting at 12:10 pm.

The next Regular Meeting is scheduled for January 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
